Airport Comfort

In my last post, I mentioned how I bought my first pair of harem pants for the purpose of airport comfort. I styled it up the last time. But for today's post, it's an entirely different look that focuses on comfort more than anything else since I wore it when I traveled to Australia and spent about 16 hours on the plane.
Cardigan - Topshop, Muscle tee - Oxygen, Harem Pants - Forever 21
A muscle tee, cotton harem pants (that felt like pajamas on the plane!), a cozy cardigan, socks and rubber shoes. Extra long flights can be so tiring so I definitely came prepared. Plus, I saved some luggage space since rubber shoes are bulky and this cardigan from Topshop is pretty heavy.


Absolutely love this personalized bag tag from Artistitch that my former workmates gave me as a going away present. They are just so sweet! The tag was perfect especially because the letters that spelled out "Jeanne" were in pink.

    I like to wear my harem pants high with baggy crop tops. Sometimes it's so difficult choosing an airport outfit because you want to be comfortable but at the same time you don't wanna look like crap when you land haha.

    I like to wear my Birkenstocks and socks. Not very fashion forward, but comfortable!

    Great idea for traveling. As for me I never dress so comfortably for traveling. One time I was upgraded from economy to business class and when I asked why they choose me, the woman said we chose you because you are wearing a suit. So for this reason I will always dress up haha

    Hi Jeanne, Thank you for your comment on my blog a while back. Love seeing newcomers around. Harem pants sure look comfy for airplane fashion and comfort. I usually wear an adidas pants with tank top and a jacket over for my airplane clothes. Quite simple. And I love to wear remove my shoes and wear those airplane socks everywhere. My gal pal taught me this trick.

    Looks like a lovely comfortable outfit for a long flight! :) I usually like to wear my heaviest clothes when I travel - usually jeans! means I get a little extra weight out of my suitcase :) Although for work I do have to travel in dresses sometimes.

    This is a great airport style look, especially for such a long flight.. I can understand why you bought your first pair of harem trousers! I tend to wear loose-fitting v-neck tees and skinny jeans when flying :)

    I am totally with you on the harem pants to the airport--especially for longer flights--looks like you have quite the flight ahead! Also wearing larger items that would usually take up extra space in your luggage is a great way to save so much space!
    Also I am slightly jealous of how good you look heading off to a 16hr flight!
