How To Clean Your Oven Without Chemicals
It's been ages since I last cleaned my oven. One, because I couldn't be bothered. Two, because those chemicals for cleaning your oven were just terrible. Finding out about an effective chemical-free method inspired me to get cleaning. The method is simple and uses bicarb soda and vinegar.
Here are the simple steps:
1. Remove oven trays.
2. Make a paste with bicarb soda/baking soda (3/4 cup bicarb soda + 1/4 cup water). Spread it all over oven. Leave for a few hours or overnight.
3. Spray your oven with white vinegar and scrub your oven clean.
4. Wipe your oven clean with a damp cloth.
I'm actually super happy about this chemical-free method. I found it effective and not irritating to the eyes/nose. Will certainly be ditching the chemicals and sticking to the bicarb from here on out.
